New York Trip! Day 1

We got back from our trip last week to New York and Philadelphia. We had a wonderful time. It was the first time any of us had been to either place and we really enjoyed them both. We took so many pictures and did so many things I wanted to separate them out for you here so you can share our fun and so I can make this special trip last that much longer!

To begin I have the pictures of our first day, Wednesday when we arrived in New York to stay with my sister, Stacy.

A gathering of friends

Some very dear family friends were married recently in Florida. They came home to Austin and threw a little gathering to celebrate. We had a lovely time at the beautiful country setting in their back yard. There was great BBQ and tons of sides and so many desserts we couldn't get through them all! So nice to visit and share their special day!

Make-shift Water Table

Today we made a Water Table of our own. Our patio is pretty tiny and we don't really have room for a real water table, so I grabbed some bins from Logan's room and filled them full of water and bath toys. It was great!! Logan had so much fun splashing and pouring water all over, especially all over himself ;)

Play Day at Jodi & Kaia's!

Upon returning from our trip to New York (pics to come soon), we went to a play day at Jodi and Kaia's house. There were kids, toys and fun everywhere! What a great day!
