Helping Mama decorate!

When decorating the house for fall with all my great new decorations, Logan decided he wanted in on the action. He scooted himself right over to the soon to be made wreath and crawled right through it! ha what a goof! Well here's the proof, mama caught it all on camera just in time to share with y'all!

New Fall Romper - Perfect for Crawlin'

Here's Logan and his new romper for fall! He loves these things, and so do I! they are sooo easy and it helps him crawl around without hurting his little (umm, maybe not so little) knees! He just goes all over the house now, not a full crawl, but as auntie Stacy says, the master of the military crawl ;)

I really have to keep an eye on him as he goes right for all my new fall decorations! He loves being mobile and he can't wait till he can run all over and keep me on my toes. Hope you enjoy the pics, more to come soon!

Adventuring!!

Yesterday was a day of adventures!

One of Logan's favorite things is to play with his reflection in the mirror. He has discovered the big floor mirror in our room and just got so excited yesterday we had to take some pictures!

He has also recently discovered those spring-y little door stop things and that they make some really fun noises. He found one in our room after playing with the mirror and nothing would do but that he 'crawled' right over to it! What fun.

Feels like Fall!!

So It finally is beginning to feel like fall, at least a little here in Austin. It was 65 when I got up this morning, perfect walking weather.  Logan and I decided to get dressed and head out for a nice walk and drop off the netflix.

He has a darling new thermal onesie with a moose on it and his overalls were just too much to  resist! Here is our first feels like fall outfit and it was perfect! Take a look at all my 'army crawl' pics!

We walked all around the neighborhood, saw all the new houses going up, it's so quick, and shared the morning together. We listened to the birds and noises of the construction workers, saw trees and flowers and really neat tractors!! What a fun start to the day!

Now for naps, playing with toys and the puppy. then helping mama with the laundry and a few other chores. looks like a good plan for a monday!

Another busy week!

it has been one very busy week this week, lots of projects around the house, a day off together running errands and a sick mama :(

Trying desperately to crawl!

Here is Logan getting very messy in his highchair eating spinach and oatmeal! He sure is enjoying himself!

Now we are rolling around with our comfy blankie and trying really hard to learn to crawl. Getting up on all fours and scooting around a lot. Wont be long now!!! Take a look at the progress!

New Highchair and New Outfit!

Logan is the proud owner of a brand new highchair! It is super cute and comfy and makes mamas life so much easier!

He also got a fun giftie this last week in honor of his two new teeth! Mema and Pappy sent him 2 new outfits that are so cute! here is the first one, it fits great by the way, and the next will be tried on this week with pictures to follow. Hope you had a great labor day weekend!

Check out Logan's 2nd tooth! I finally managed to get a good pic of both teeth, so cute!!!! He especially enjoys chomping down on my fingers and oh man, are those things sharp!! yikes. good thing for teether rings, right?!

Later yesterday afternoon, Logan discovered this square of sunshine on the floor and rolled right into it and started giggling! It was soo cute. So I just had to take some shots, the play of the light just turned out so neat.
