Strawberry Farm Day!

We just got back from another fun play day picking fresh Strawberries at Sweet Berry Farms in Marble Falls and had a fantastic time!

It ended up being a boys and mamas trip today with Lauren & Ian and Aimee & Travis. I think the favorite part for the boys was eating the dirt berries and playing with the Goats! We even had to rush our picnic lunch under the awning when a rogue rain cloud drifted overhead but that didn't stop us! Here are the great pics of the day! We all agree this would be so much fun to do again with each of the different picking seasons!

Family Halloween Party

Happy Halloween!
well, almost ;)

We had our Mamas group picnic at the park yesterday and it was a great opportunity to meet all the husbands! It was also great to get to catch up with the moms and babies too, since the nap schedules have been changing for all of us and we are not getting to see as much of everyone as we'd all like.

It was a fun time for all, the kids looked so cute in their costumes, and some of the parents dressed up too. Us included.

A hug and a kiss!

This afternoon we had such a sweet moment I just had to share!
We have so much fun together and so many great moments, today was one that just made my heart melt!

We were out on the back patio 'swimming' in the pool and getting in and out, playing with toys, pouring water all over and splashing so much that we were all soaked! All of the sudden Logan stopped playing and reached for my hands to stand up and get out of the pool. Once he was out he toddled right over to me and wrapped me in a great big hug. After gushing over this few seconds on my part, he stood back up, looked up at me, leaned in and gave me a kiss. It was the sweetest thing ever! He is such a sweet and caring boy and I love, love, love being a part of these magical moments!

What an amazing moment to cherish forever.
